Refund policy

Put us to the test! XiC offers a Satisfaction Guarantee of 10 weeks, if your eyelashes do not double it’s size, a refund can be claimed. The claim process will be valid as long as the recommendations made through the company's advisors have been applied step by step, during a minimum period of 10 weeks, in which there has been continuous communication with the XiC eyelash advisor. The eyelash advisor must have photographic evidence of at least a photo each two weeks showing the date on which the client began to use the product.

* In case the result is not reached, according to the policies, we can change the XiC treatment tube for a new one and carry out the process with the eyelash advisor again for 10 weeks, or you can ask for a refund. In case of accepting a second treatment, a refund will then after no longer be available.

** If there is a pre-existing medical condition that could interfere with the treatment, as alopecia, thyroid problems, hormonal problems, pregnancy, chemotherapy or radiation processes, this will invalidate the guarantee.
